Shareholder of AUA

How much does Lufthansa offer a shareholder of AUA in teh take over?

The offer of Lufthansa in the squeeze out proceeding was € 0,50 per share of the AUA Luftverkehrs AG. Each shareholder has the right to contest thiis offer and ask for an evaluation of a fair and just price by the court. Any sharholder wishing to persue this demand must file a claim to the respective court by March 3, 2010.
